Black Panthers

Nearly 50 years ago in 1966, A group of six black men in oakland cliff came together in an effort to stop police brutality against African Americans in the city. because of a  quark in  California law. the man we're able to carry loaded weapons. the Black Panthers, as they became known would follow the police around jumping out of their car when the police jumped out of their car,following the police to make sure they would not cause police brutality, so they police the police.
